The tried and proven Scheiring block lock is the basis in the Vierling for the precise and safe weapons design. The rifle is surprisingly light, and the free-floating barrels guarantee an outstanding hit rate. Optionally, for shorter ranges, a red dot sight can be mounted. The Scheiring Vierling is designed as a four-barrelled rifle shotgun in the perfect 8×57 IRS calibre for driven hunts. The Anson system with trigger levers arranged at the top guarantees extremely good trigger action. The single trigger is equipped with proven doppler rod safety. To guarantee optimal functional safety, the detachable ejector was combined for two barrels a piece.

The extremely stable block lock is fitted with very short strikers to keep the firing delay as short as possible.

The lever-action system makes the weapon ideal for use by both right-handed as well as left-handed shooters. This also lets you mount the scope at an extremely low position.
